These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Judikis88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available at judikis88.cam and any related sub-domains or associated platforms (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on the Judikis88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not hold accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this minimum age requirement and conduct identity verification accordingly.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Judikis88 or any of its affiliate entities.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested through Judikis88 or any other gambling operator.
6. You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
7. You must not have had a previous Judikis88 account closed or suspended due to a Terms violation.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Judikis88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all accounts. Full KYC compliance is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad/NRIC), Driver's License, or Passport;
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three months;
• Where required, a selfie photograph of the account holder holding their identity document;
• Payment method verification documentation as reasonably requested by our compliance team.

Judikis88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where required by our compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and retention of funds pending regulatory review.

All submitted KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are processed solely for compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your Judikis88 account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Judikis88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion costs incurred by a User are solely their responsibility.

Funds deposited to your account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification is complete. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes on standard requests.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes.

Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment gateway maintenance, enhanced security checks, or public holidays. Judikis88 shall not be liable for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.

Judikis88 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request additional verification, or temporarily suspend withdrawal processing where unusual account activity is detected. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Judikis88 maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) compliance procedures. All transaction activity is monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, we are required to report it to relevant authorities and may freeze account funds without prior notice pending investigation. Accounts used for suspected money laundering will be permanently closed, and all funds may be withheld pending law enforcement review.

Judikis88 offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts that have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms expressly provide otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Rollover (wagering) requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Judikis88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to existing accepted claims being honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Judikis88 employs detection systems to identify irregular bonus claiming patterns, including but not limited to: wagering predominantly on low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements, coordinated betting between multiple accounts, and repeated use of the same payment method across multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Any account found to be abusing promotional offers will have its bonuses voided and winnings derived from such abuse forfeited. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 VIP Programme

The Judikis88 VIP programme is a loyalty initiative structured across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier allocation is based on cumulative monthly wagering turnover as defined in the VIP programme terms published on the Platform. Judikis88 reserves the right to amend tier thresholds, cashback rates, and associated benefits with reasonable prior notice. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be withdrawn in cases of Terms violations or extended account inactivity.

All games available on the Judikis88 Platform operate according to their published individual game rules. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules prior to wagering.

All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on verified long-run statistical performance data provided by the respective game studios under their licensing obligations.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome recorded in Judikis88's server logs, the server-side record shall be treated as authoritative. Where a technical fault or error affects the integrity of a game round, Judikis88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the User's account balance.

Live dealer games and sports betting markets are subject to additional product-specific rules published within the relevant sections of the Platform. In-play (live) sports betting odds and market availability are subject to change in real time. Judikis88 shall not be liable for system delays that affect bet placement timing on live markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Judikis88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonus offers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform systems;
• Colluding with other players to exploit game outcomes, particularly in live dealer table games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation are void;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC;
• Charging back deposits to payment providers after wagering has taken place;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Using third-party gambling analysis tools or strategy systems designed to systematically defeat the house edge in a manner that constitutes advantage play as defined by the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Judikis88 support staff or other platform users.

All content on the Judikis88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of Judikis88 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Judikis88.

Game content displayed on the Platform may be subject to additional intellectual property rights held by third-party game studios. Judikis88 does not warrant or represent any rights beyond those required for the lawful display of such content to registered users under valid licensing arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Judikis88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance downtime;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or Platform security recommendations;
• Gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform — gambling is inherently a risk activity and the Platform cannot guarantee outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Judikis88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lesser.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Judikis88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

11.1 Suspension by Judikis88

Judikis88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or presents a risk to the Platform, other users, or regulatory compliance. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending investigation.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, Judikis88 will process any pending withdrawals of verified, rollover-compliant balances before closing the account. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements will have pending Bonus Funds removed upon closure — only real-money balances meeting minimum withdrawal thresholds will be returned.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Judikis88 may, after reasonable notice to the registered email address, apply an administrative maintenance charge to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable financial service practices. The charge will not reduce a balance below zero.

Judikis88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, undertaken within each individual's financial means and personal limits. We support a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Judikis88's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes between you and Judikis88 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through the dispute resolution process specified by the applicable regulatory authority, prior to any recourse through local courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and be enforceable.

Failure by Judikis88 to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Judikis88 with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
